1. Who is the controller?
Staylyn (Budapest) is the controller. Contact: info@staylyn.hu, +36 30 843 9368.
2. What we collect
From the quote form: your name, email, optional phone number, and a short description of the property. From WhatsApp: the name and number you use there.
3. Why
Only to answer your enquiry, propose a fitting package, and — if you decide to proceed — prepare a management agreement. Legal bases: steps prior to a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and your consent when sending the form (Art. 6(1)(a)).
4. Where it goes
The form is delivered via FormSubmit to info@staylyn.hu. WhatsApp is processed on its parent company’s servers. We do not sell or share your data for marketing.
5. How long
If no contract follows, we delete the enquiry after 12 months. If we work together, accounting records are kept for the statutory period.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection via the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian DPA (NAIH).
7. Cookies
This site does not use marketing or analytics cookies. The host may keep short technical logs to keep the site running.
