Staylyn is a Budapest Airbnb and Booking.com management company. We run listings that already have a permit, for 12%, 17% or 25% of net lodging revenue. Until 31 December 2026 Budapest is not issuing new short-term rental registrations, so we do not open new Airbnbs. We take over the work on the one you already have.
You keep the listing. You get a monthly statement. We handle guests, pricing, cleaning and NTAK.

In District VI short-term letting is banned from 2026 even for existing permits. Elsewhere buildings can tighten rules. Mid-term stays (1–6 months) at 10% management fee: tenant screening, contracts, admin, handover.
